Villa PrimaVera in South Beach is a spectacular residence that blends historical Art Déco architecture with contemporary European design, featuring luxurious materials by TREND Group. The project, led entirely by Italian professionals, preserved the home’s original 1950s structure while adding bright, modern spaces with seamless indoor-outdoor continuity. The result is a scenographic home with refined interiors, iconic design details, and stunning views of both the bay and the lush garden.
