Dr. Pino Bisazza — born in Trissino, 1936, raised on glass — had already built a world-class mosaic company. Then in 2000, at 63, he started again. With Andrea Di Giuseppe, he founded TREND Group in Vicenza. In 2003 he acquired the Fornace Orsoni Venezia 1888 — the last open-flame furnace in Venice. Ernst & Young named him Entrepreneur of the Year in 2007. He passed in January 2025. His family carries the fire.
The bond runs deeper than business. Andrea Di Giuseppe is married to Federica Bisazza, Pino Bisazza’s daughter — two families united by a shared conviction in what Italian craftsmanship can become.

Andrea Di Giuseppe
Born in Rome to an Abruzzese family running one of the city’s largest tile warehouses — he still remembers the smell of colour-coded wood pallets. Joined Bisazza Group in Vicenza in 1997, married Federica Bisazza, and co-founded TREND in 2000. Grew revenues from zero to €22M as VP of Sales, then scaled onto three continents. Led the Royal Makkah Clock Tower, the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, and the Musée du Louvre-Lens installation. Deeply committed to internationalization and the protection of Italian businesses abroad, in 2022, he was elected to the Chamber of Deputies. In 2023, he became Chairman of the Committee on International Trade, putting his global experience at the service of the institutions.

Riccardo Bisazza
Son of Pino Bisazza. He earned his place the hard way — years in India, the Philippines, Malaysia — before rising through CTO, COO, and CEO at TREND. In 2016, he became President of the Orsoni Venezia 1888 furnace—custodian of 3,500 colors and Venetian smalti whose Byzantine production techniques have remained unchanged since the 12th century. Orsoni’s gold has adorned the Sagrada Família, St. Mark’s Basilica, Westminster Abbey, and the Vatican. Through cultural initiatives and academic partnerships with Ca’ Foscari and IUAV universities, he ensures this craft is passed on to future generations. This dedication offers our partners the certainty that today’s mastery will be supported and guaranteed well into the future.

Federica Bisazza
Daughter of founder Pino Bisazza and sister of Chairman Riccardo, Federica Bisazza embodies the family’s enduring legacy alongside her husband and co-founder, Andrea Di Giuseppe. Raised in the world of glass with an international background in languages and the arts, she reached a career milestone in India, where she researched and developed new color palettes for glass mosaic. This experience forged the distinctive chromatic sensitivity that continues to define her creative leadership across the Group’s artistic hubs in Italy, Dubai, Miami, and India. In 2016, she co-directed the Group’s global rebranding in Miami Beach.

Pino Bisazza
Pino Bisazza did not inherit a company. He built two of them — the first over decades, the second at 63. TREND Group is his final, most ambitious act: a declaration that Italian craftsmanship could claim the greatest buildings on earth. His children carry that declaration forward — not as a duty, but as a privilege.
This company was not handed to us. It was built by this family, tile by tile, furnace by furnace, generation by generation. This personal dedication is the reason the world’s most renowned architects entrust us with their greatest visions.
