TREND Group resumes production in Italy
On September 10th TREND Group proudly inaugurated its new industrial complex in Vivaro, Italy, following the reshoring of an important part of the company’s manufacturing capacities back to its home country. Extending over an area of 47.000 m² and with a production capacity that will reach 200.000 m² by the end of 2021, the plant aims to become the largest mosaic plant of its kind in Europe and the first in the world for the production of gold mosaic.
With the reopening of the Vivaro site, TREND Group now boasts production facilities in all four continents in which it operates. The new complex will act as a reference hub for European and neighboring markets, allowing our customers to benefit from an improved, increasingly innovative and effective service.
The project is part of an overarching strategy promoted by TREND Group and supported by local institutions whose goal is to create an international center of excellence on mosaics by building on the well-established professional, cultural and manufacturing know-how present in the area. TREND’s opening of its Vivaro plant is a driving force for local economic development and also supports the company’s ambitious goals worldwide.
